There are no grounds to legitimizing black liberation theology, and black nationalism. These are poisons on the body-politic. They are the last remnants of a vicious imperialist system, which has done a 180, from majoritarian xenophobia, to minority xenophobia. It is a destructive trend, and one which cannot bear any positive fruit. Just as racism from the majority needed to be fought and eliminated for the survival of society, so too minority chauvinism will need to be fought and eliminated.
...there can be no discussion of using black nationalism to put black communities together. What we need as a country, is to devote resources to those in need, regardless of color. Not welfare, or free-rides, but resources which empower people in their lives. With a color free ideology to distribute such resources, we can spend less money in socially viable communities, while redirecting our best talent and minds to those hardest hit by social malaise, through better renumeration. This, and not minority chauvinism, is the answer. Something akin to this platform should be espoused by any honest socialist. On a modest note, I suggest Clinton do so. She has the know-how and experience to put such policies into practice.... this would be her Roosevelt moment. Obama can't even comprehend the idea.
